#2 Add some useful information in the exception body

The many exceptions in actual implementation of DbUnit.Net have an empty constructor. This is rather painful for developers to see where is the problem in their code or dataset.
By adding the description of the problem to the exception body we'll facilitate the diagnostics and work with DbUnit
