#1 autoconf and spec patches

fixed a few minor issues experienced with autoconf and
automake. Added a package config file, moved the spec
file to be just dbug.spec. Made a minor change to move
dbug.h and mm.h to {include_prefix}dbug/dbug.h and
{include_prefix}dbug/mm.h so as to avoid namespace
collisions (especially with mm.h).
