Updated version with better time-out control also for SAFE MODE enabled environments.

Today the dbSQLBackup project made its first release.
Allthough the initiator of this project is not a good programmer, the intention is to make this a worthy tool for all people who have encountered limitations in backing up and restoring their MySQL databases.

Whenever you have problems backing up or restoring a "localhost" database, constantly being bothered by timeouts, this might be the future tool for you.
