DB Sanity 0.7 released

DB Sanity performs checks on a database for verifying data consistency and correctness of aplication deployments. It is invoked by command line and creates an HTML report with aggregated diagnostic summaries and listings of faulty database entries.

With release 0.7, each check can be assigned with a selection of version numbers/names, enabling the user to support all versions of the checked application with a single file. Each check can be assigned with a requirements id and DB Sanity can automatically open a browser window with the generated report. Explicit support of process exit codes makes it easier to integrate DB Sanity with complex deployment scripts.... read more

DB Sanity 0.6 released

DB Sanity performs checks on a database for verifying data consistency and correctness of aplication deployments. It is invoked by command line and creates an HTML report with aggregated diagnostic summaries and listings of faulty database entries.

Release 0.6 has major improvements for making data correction more effective and convient: Reports can be condensed to show only critical checks, check execution can be restricted to a small number of tables and an improved uniform layout and navigation scheme makes it easier to relate report parts. DB Sanity 0.5 released

DB Sanity performs checks on a database for verifying data consistency and correctness of aplication deployments. It is invoked by command line and creates an HTML report with aggregated diagnostic summaries and listings of faulty database entries.

Release 0.5 extends the feature set with an improved dashboard view and several new reports: Defects per Table, Defects per Type, Unchecked Tables, Execution Times and Source View. DB Sanity 0.3 released

Release 0.3 fixes two minor bug fixes and provides a significant improvement of the results visualization which provides more information in a more intuitive way.
