Greetings.  This is to announce the final beta release of the Database
Primitives Library.  Please, download and exercise this thing!  If you
find any bugs, please submit them via the tracker--and if you can,
attach a test program that replicates the bug.

I'm hoping to make the final 1.0.0 release within a month or two, so
testing now would be good :)  Thanks!
