I can't run queries that take more than few seconds to finish. Is this a bug or done on purpose?

Thanks for using the tool. I'd consider this a bug although the mysql dll handles the connection timeout automatically. I'll increase this timeout in the next release. Ultimately, this will go to the settings feature (not yet available).
