#146 Rome is not represented as City

I can't see a reason why Rome (http://dbpedia.org/page/Rome) doesn't get the proper attributes for cities as rdf:type(s) dbpedia-owl:City, http://schema.org/City and dbpprop:type with value "City" as e.g. Munich (http://dbpedia.org/page/Munich) does. Both were derived from the english wikipedia.
