#123 Wrong links in interlanguage links ("seeAlso" vs. "sameAs")

Some wiki articles do not appear in the interlanguage links dumps (version 3.8).

For example, the next line should have been in the file interlanguage_links_same_as_en.nt (because both Wiki pages link to each other) but instead it appears in the file interlanguage_links_see_also_en.nt:
<http://dbpedia.org/resource/Gestapo> <http://www.w3.org/2002/07/owl#sameAs> <http://sv.dbpedia.org/resource/Gestapo> .

This seems to be the case with many of the lines in interlanguage_links_see_also_en.nt which actually should have been "sameAs" and not "see also".
