#18 Restartability of evaluation

The DisambiguationEvaluator writes out the decisions to "disambiguation.results" file. We should add the feature of reading that file to find the last occurrence evaluated so that we can restart from that point on. This would also prevent accidental overwriting of that file, since restarting from the last item does nothing.
