#4 'Include in Code?' does not move when resizing the form

When I resize the Db Object-er form, it does not move
the 'Include in Code?' checkbox.

In addition I have a suggestion for this part of the UI.
Unless the user has tried it, it's not exactly clear what
the checkbox does. Better would be two radiobutton's
like:

0 Place Connection String in Code
0 Place Connection String in configuration file
