dbmstools 0.3.8 released

Version 0.3.8 of dbmstools is now available.

The main change is the addition of support for views, which can now be created and dropped (using xml2ddl), upgraded (using deltaddl), exported (partially, at least, using db2xml), and included in the documentation produced by xml2doc.

I've also improved the way descriptions (for tables, sequences and views) are output in headers in generated SQL scripts. And of course, the mandatory small number of bug fixes and general tidy-ups.
