#1 Starting DBMail Daemons on reboot

Here's a copy of my /etc/rc.d entry that I created to
have dbmail's daemons started on boot and killed
gently on shutdown.

Installation instructions are in comments at the top of
the file. Works great on my redhat 7.1 system but
YMMV - check the paths of everything used in the
script, especially if you're not on a Linux system.
