removed, the file is processed successfully.

    LaTeX requires the correct use of directional quotation
    marks ("``" and "''"). Using entity refs "&#8220;" (or
    "&ldquo;") and "&#8221;" (or "&lrquo;") in the DocBook XML
    results in fine birectional quotes in both dblatex and HTML
    output.
    However, it would be nice if the postprocessing step in
    dblatex would warn against plain double quotes and replace
    them with directional quotation marks.

    For documenting user input or screen output, plain double
    quotes are required. Suggestion: in template
    inline.boldmonoseq in the file xsl/inlined.xsl, change {\tt
    ...} to \texttt{...}.
