#2 Syntax error in language XML files

Neither Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox likes the
language XML. Seems like the '&' should be '&'

This XML is accepted:

    OK. This is Jedi-XML and has no doctype. I have experienced
    this behaviour, too. I still keep double clicking on that
    xml files and receive the same error. It is the & Ampersand
    that makes the error in combination with the missing
    <!doctype> tag.

    Maybe this will change when the jedis have changed that

    I fixed this - using &#038; instead of &.
