#1 add option to return a DSN string

In order to use DBIx::Database, one must return a DSN
string.

Please add this option to the latest release of
DBIx::Connect.

Also, only use the tenths place after the decimal for
version numbers. It appears that CPAN.pm sorts
alphabetically, sometimes returning version 2.9 when
2.22 of a module may be the latest.
