Using DBIS

DBIS consists of a few different components that can be tuned or controlled besides the data and configuration residing in the LDAP directory.

[DBIS Cache Manager Daemon] discusses dbis-cachemgr, how to configure it and how to start it up.
[DBIS Client Tool] discusses the dbis client tool that can be used for querying data in any map from the command-line.
[Python API] discusses the programming interface that can be used from other Python programs to obtain the same data available to the command-line tool.
