[Dbi-interbase-devel] isc_prepare_transaction?

does DBI::Interbase provide an access to isc_prepare_transaction. it 
would be cool if it does. i am devising some filesystem transaction 
mechanism and i would like to combine it with firebird transaction so 
the two can participate in a single, distributed transaction.
