i made big changes on dbd-interbase, not yet commited to sourceforge-cvs...

here are the test results, only the interesting ones:
t/40cursoron........ok
t/70nestedoff.......ok
t/70nestedon........ok
All tests successful.

the new version works on all my scripts, but i think more tests are needed...
