The  dark  issue  to  me.  Why  the damn the DBI ideologists did cover
transactions  in  so  lamentable  volume? There's one so-called "RDMS"
only  in  the  world  that  happily doesn't know transactions at all -
MySQL,  and,  at  the  same  time  we have no standard $dbh->begin, or
$dbh->StartTrans or smth :-(
