[Dbi-interbase-devel] 0.21 alpha released

I've just put 0.21 alpha both on CPAN and sourceforge. But I forgot to
make a minor change to dbdimp.h, where I should have removed the
malloc.h. This causes gcc to issue an annoying warning when compiling on
FreeBSD, as Michael reported to me. :-(

I've also received a patch from Mark which introduces a mechanism for
transaction control. I haven't enough time to fully test it, so it's not
in this release. But this won't take long time to reach the CVS
repository. I'll probably make some changes on the interface (for the
transaction params).
