Summary: wrong length when streamin record

Initial Comment:
in DbfRecord.fromStream when  reading raw record data 
from stream wrong length of data was reading. you used 
headerLength field instead of header.recordLength and 
tha caused loss of data at the end of the record.

Fixed record.py is attached. Check out string marked 
"sleamey was here!".
