#1 Update dbf2mysql to mysql_real_connect

Hi,
I've written a patch for dbf2mysql to work with
mysql-4.1.1 cause the mysql_connect function has
changed completely, i have added too the -lz to the
Makefile and changed a few printf to avoid some
warnings of gcc-3.3.
To apply the patch checkout the cvs and apply
this patch from the dbf2mysql directory with patch -p0
< updatedToVersion411.patch.

PD: I've readed your advise about mysql.com but i
didn't find any reference to dbf2mysql.
