#12 Error installing DBEStudio on Linux. require org.eclipse.wst

Hi all,

I'm trying to install Eclipse and DBE Studio on Linux.

I install EMF and GEF but when I try to install DBEStudio this error is displayed:
"DBE Studio (0.3.0) requires feature "org.eclipse.wst (0.7.0)", or later version"

I follow the guide in http://www.ita.es/dbe/?ID=251

What is wst and where can I find it?

I've seen WST as a requirement for the installation of OpenLazslo,

is WST a new requirement for DBEStudio?

Yes, this is a now a requirement for the DBE Studio 0.3.0. This requirement comes from the need for a xml editor with the UI generator plugin. Also, there is also a temporary requirement for installing the OpenLaszlo editor, but this is just for the 0.3.0 release. The OpenLaszlo feature will not be required in the next release because support for this Eclipse is discontinued. The next DBE Studio release (0.3.2) will only be dependent on WST 1.5.0.
