Dear all:

This is to inform you that release 0.3.9 of the ExE has been released today.

I regret the delay in the foreseen release of this version. We had to
fix a CVS synchronization problem that involved two parallel branches
with changes on the same files. The fix required manual tracking of
changes on the (luckily small) set of files, but took its time nonetheless.

This condition has been fixed and the results tested, so I hope the
actual release will satisfy all partners involved.

For developers, 0.3.9 jar files of the servent have been uploaded to the
swallow's maven repository (I didn't forget this time!!!)

As usual, download, use, test and complain loudly! ;-)
