#93 BPEL Editor - NullPointerException

A NullPointerException is thrown by the BPEL editor
after creating a BPEL file (via the BPEL wizard) and
opening it

Steps to reproduce:
(Re)Start the DBE Studio
Create a new BPEL file from the wizard
Give the composition a name
Select a minimum of 2 SDL interfaces
Do not create a skeleton "rule set" (last wizard page)

Click on the "Finish" button
BPEL file is opened and the editor displays a
NullPointerExecption (see screen shot attached)
