#24 Wrong content in update site for dbedit 1.0.3

The content of the plugin's jars into the update site
http://dbedit.sourceforge.net/update (7/3/2005) is
different (wrong: connection did not work!) from the
content of dbedit_1.0.3_1.bin.dist_3.X.zip (10/4/2005)
(good: it works, probably a patched version), although
the plugin's version into the plugin.xml files are the
same in both!
