#77 "HTML Documentation" link dead-ends

See attached numbered screens:

1. Just installed DBDF the first time. I click on the "HTML Documentation" link.
2. I get this in my browser. In case it's illegible, the URL is: file:///C:/Users/Ken/AppData/Roaming/DBDesigner4/tmpindex153757062.html

This is on a Win7 Pro machine, Firefox browser.
