#10 copy table menus don't appear

Hi Walter,

Well, the log appears to be clean of exceptions
related to the DBCopy plugin. So, if I understand
the problem correctly, you opened a session to a
database, expanded the tables node selected one or
more tables and right-clicked and don't see
the "Copy Table" menu item? Is that correct?

Perhaps you could upload a screenshot so that I can
see for myself what you are seeing? (I'm not seeing
the problem with 2.1 final and 0.23 of the plugin.)
