#5 error when changing data

i love this tool and am going to use it to keep track
of webhosting customers. however i am having trouble
with it. when i setup data for a test customer it
accepts it even allows me to search for it :) but when
i try to change anything on the records it get the
following error. seems like it isnt capable of
changing the data in the mysql db, it on redhat 7.1
with mysql as a backend. any ideas??
