Hello.

First, thank you for using DBBalancer.

I'm afraid that changes in PosgreSQL protocol need updates in DBBalancer. 
DBBalancer doesn't use Postgres libraries because it need low-level access to 
the data transmitted, in order to be able to intercept and re-route 
connections.

That said, I'll try to install Pg74 and see if I can easily spot the changes 
to update DBBalancer accordingly.
