Thanks everybody for the help...
but the problem persist

I tried to lauch configure with thi s parameters:

./configure --with-pq=/usr/local/pgsql --with-pq-include=/usr/local/pgsql --
with-ACE=/usr/local/src/ACE_wrappers

and here is the tail of config.log:
