Why? I got a USB flash drive version of DBAN installed and it worked fine…one time. I verified the files are still on the flash drive. I even verified that it only works once by installing it on a different flash drive, which also worked flawlessly, ONE TIME. I also tried formatting the flash drive NTFS then back to FAT32 through the installer, but it now refuses to be seen for more than one use.
What flag do I need to clear to make it consistently work, please? I used Universal-USB-Installer-18.104.22.168 and dban-2.2.7_i586.iso.
Note: 3 PC's I am attempting this on - they are all Lenovo ThinkCentre M72e's; brand new…I was imaging them with our image from SCCM when 1 crashed and threw errors on the rest. Not sure if that matters or not. Am trying to find another PC, different make/model to test the flash drive with as well.
So, I got one of the USB flash drive DBANs to work on Acer Veriton L480G without issue…what gives?
