mod_python was removed from debian
trixie (13). As of this writing, mod_python
can be compiled from git.
3tp3 uses minimal javascript, which you can
examine in the js folder (one file, 36 lines).
3tp3 does not load any external (internet or
other) code. No external fonts, helper code or
advertisements. It can be installed and used on localhost.
