#11 group DB and DBM config parms

Unfortunately DB & DBM config parms do not have consistent prefix, and consequently displaying parm values alphabetically is not a good default solution (in my opinion).

I would like to have a view that functionally groups config parms by function type -- i.e. grouping that is done by CLP's GET DB CFG and GET DBM CFG commands.

Done for register settings, same could be done fo db and dbm
