If no sql text of file defined, default is to show previous text. Can only be overridden with <SQLText>.</SQLText>

Don't want to change default behavior so a new tutorial attribute is created autoClearAdhocText="true|false" and a page attribute clearAdhocText="true|false" with the default "false"

If the autoClearAdhocText is set to true, then any page without either SQLText or SQLFile will clear the previous sql content if the page is not set to clearAdhocText="false".
Else, if autoClearAdhocText="false" or is not defined but the page is set to clearAdhocText="true", then the adhoc for that page is cleared.
