Test 28 step 3 should have an XML icon link for 'dept' but there is no column named 'dept'. This may be a test doc error.

only tables are listed, aliases are no longer included. will have to look into why this was changed from previous behavior. test case will have to be updated but still needs to be included (reverse engineered XML from alias)
