#1 default namespace in PROPFIND

The client doesn't work with a PROPFIND response format without namespace prefixes but with a default namespace declaration.

example server response body starts with:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<multistatus xmlns="DAV:">
<response>
<href>/index.html</href>
...

The left side of a windows shows one folder "dr.davmgr.protocol.webdav.WebDAVUrls@58e2a1", the right "Collection is not readable".

Very nice program anyway.
