[Davmail-users] Empty ical with davmail 3.8.2

I'm helping some co-workers get davmail setup with ical on Snow Leopard.

One co-worker has davmail 3.8.2 and ical setup correctly (or at least, so it
appears!), but his ical is devoid of any appointments.  Based on a prior
mail from Michael, I tried the following, just to sanity check that his
davmail is talking to the back-end exchange server properly:

    curl --user 'his_username:his_password'
http://localhost:1080/users/his...@ci.../calendar/

As expected, we get oodles of output -- davmail is clearly downloading his
entire calendar.  Good.

Additionally, when we restart davmail and ical and look in
~/Library/Logs/DavMail/davmail.log, it seems to indicate that it is properly
talking to Exchange, downloading 273 events, etc.  But ical still shows
nothing.

Have you ever seen this kind of behavior before?  Where should we look next?

(note: this user is brand new to davmail/ical -- he just got his mac 4 days
ago, so this likely isn't a forward-propagation-of-stale-options-or-data
kind of issue)
