#590 Ubuntu 14.10 no systray option (and thus no obvious way to change davmail settings)

The solution for me was to follow the instructions here:

In short for 14.04 users:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:gurqn/systray-trusty
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade

14.10 users:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:gurqn/systray-utopic
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade

then restart unity via alt+f2, type 'unity' -> enter

The reason I'm re-submitting this as a bug (as it's very similar to bug #307) is because this should be mentioned in the documentation on the website.
