A Mysql backend

Now that most of the functionality is complete, I am going to take and add a mysql backend to hold all the historical data. Having hte historical data in a database will also make it easier to graph as well as have more flexibility with what can be done with it, like have more history then the weather station keeps, as well as highs and lows as well as record highs and lows can be kept and retrieved easier.
