I agree.

What about different directories for different guides?
I think we should have them, but make sure we don't end up with too many 
folders!
For example, we could have an API guide, a users guide, and other guides 
seperated into different folders. What do you guys think?

Great! I'll work on adding PDF and manpages soon. fop isn't the only 
processor...if you find another one let me know. fop was recommended by 
most websites... It was a bit hard to figure out and get working, but 
works fine after that ;). Some of you might already have it installed ;).
