In the current release, the options always have to be the last
parameters. This prevents the mounting of a DAV server through
mount or via /etc/fstab. The order prescibed by mount is
mount -t fstype -o options device mountpoint
This patch allows to use -o anywhere in the parameter list.
If mount.davfs is found by the system mount (I have a symlink
from /sbin/mount.davfs to /usr/local/sbin/mount.davfs), a DAV
server can be mounted through something like
mount -t davfs -o askauth=1 https://my-domain.com/dav
Or, with an entry like this in /etc/fstab:
https://my-domain.com/dav /mnt/dav davfs
it can be mounted with just
