solib released

Ok, this is the first release of solib, the collection of fuctions and classes for string manipulation, date/time handling, basic database access and the like.
solib has been proven rather stable and bugfree while developing dataxi and as dataxi depends heavily on this library, i thought it might be a good idea to release it before the actual crown code.
