Hello

I noticed that there is no generic piece of code that handles
a func call like:

$has_right = has_right($user, $groups)

There is, however the required code inside dzmenu, but I would
rather have it in dzgeneric or similar.

For now, the getPagesHtml in dzouthtml will not check for rights.

I look into it shorly... %-)
