Thinking about a hoped-for 1.2.0 release soon, I thought I'd check whether the .jar files we supply with a DataVision release tarball that came from third parties are all the current latest stable versions, so we can think about updating any that are "stale".
I can't seem to find out from our SVN tree exactly where they came from, nor readily discover what versions of each .jar we really have.
The canonical approach to handling this is probably the one in the SVN Book at
but we don't seem to be using it.
Do we have any info somewhere on what versions of each third party library that we include we are using, where we got them from, and notes on why it might be a bad idea to use the most current stable version of any of them?
