License changed to ASL 2.0

DataVision is now maintained under the Apache Software License 2.0. A new version for the sole purpose of updating the license is NOT planned, however, the current version 1.0.0 can now be used under 2.0, you can safely ignore anyplace in the distro that indicates v1.1, that is now officially superceded. Future versions will of course properly indicate 2.0. Please feel free to contact project admin Frank Zammetti if you have any questions on this.
