#4 Job request seems wrong for multi-select box input

The selected contents of a multi-select box seem to be
encoded incorrectly in the xml file (job request).

Instead of: "~p1","~p2","~p3","~p4","~p5"
We get: "~p1","~p2"","~p3"","~p4"","~p5"

There seems to be an extra double-quote added to the
end of each selected option save for the first and last.
