#2 Inconsistent config variable names

A number of config file settings are inconsistent with
their counterparts content tags. For example
OWNER_EMAIL has an underscore in the config file but
not in the corresponding tag. This causes confusion.
Recommendation is to change the config file settings so
the config file is consistent with the corresponding tags.
