#1 Field Type Guessing / Extraction

Currently only the CSV provider is capable of field
type guessing, and it's algorithm is fairly, well,
stupid. A more generalized field type
guessing/extraction routine should be developed which
would support different data sources and methods of
determining field types. Preferably something where a
new provider only needs to override a few methods.
