This widget allows one to program dedicated workflows, including the preparation of data and the application of kernels. The current workflow is shown in the table in the lower right corner of the widget. Methods to be added can be selected in the drop list in the upper left. A short description of these methods is given in the text window in the upper right. Below the droplist the parameters of each method can be set.

Below the parameters six buttons can be found. “Add” the current method above the selected position in the workflow or at its end. “Del”ete the selected methods or “Update” them, if they were selected and their parameters modified (this is not saved automatically!).
The current workflow can be “save”d to and ”load”ed from text files. The entire workflow can also be cleared. It is possible to open the [Data Inspector]. “Done” closes the window.

Between the table and the information window the expected result of the workflow is shown. The workflow is executed by the “Run” button. It is possible to select multiple files and multiple saved workflows to run in a loop. Horizontal data fusion is planned to be implemented at a later date.

An Example of a simple Workflow is:
Data: Load Data → Load the Data set
Mod: Savgol Filter → Smooth the data with a Savitzky–Golay filter
Calc_W: SiVM → Calculate Archetypes/Endmembers W
Calc_H: SAM → Use the spectral angle mapper to get Rule images H
Data: Save Data → Save the results (If one forgets this, it is added automatically)
